PACE third Thematic Workshop took place in IIT Genoa

Understanding brain functions and behavior: testing models and experimenting with robots

The third PACE Thematic Workshop took place from 9 to 11 October 2017 in Genova and hosted by PACE network partner Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT).

For the second time this year, Principal Investigators from partner organizations and Early Stage Researchers gathered for a series of talks and hands-on sessions. The workshop was also attended by other researchers and PhD students from IIT.

The first two days focused on human-robots physical interaction and assistive and rehabilitative use of robots. The talks were followed by a visit of IIT institute and labs. During the breaks, poster sessions offered PACE ESRs and IIT students the opportunity to present their research project.
