On Friday 30th September, PACE partners in Marseille participated in the European Researchers’ Night 2016.
For one evening, in Dock des Sud situated in the heart of Marseille, PIs and students explained neuroscience to children, students, and adults in a friendly atmosphere.
This year’s theme in France was “Ideas” how they come to exist, how they fluctuate and die.
The European Researchers’ Night is a Europe-wide public event dedicated to popular science and fun learning. It takes place each year on the last Friday in September. More than 30 countries and over 250 cities across Europe are involved in events simultaneously.
The events showcase what researchers from different disciplines really do for society, in interactive and engaging ways, and promote research careers to young people and their parents.
