The third PACE Network Meeting (NM3) took place in Durham from September 16 to 19 and hosted by PACE network partner University of Durham (UD).
On Monday, ESRs presented their project advancement through oral presentations of 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of questions and discussion. The day was closed with the network dinner at Durham Castle.
The second and third day were dedicated to transferable skills with interactive sessions given by the University of Durham in “Developing Entrepreneurial Behaviours” and “Planning your career”.
The ESRs explored how an enterprising mindset is highlty valued in the academic environment, as well as within the private and non profit employment sectors, and how to brand themselves.
