About me…

My name is Amirhossein. I am from IRAN. I’ve got my bachelor in telecommunication engineering. Then I got my master in condensed matter physics at Shahid Beheshti University in IRAN in 2015.  I’ve been working on EEG analyses of rats during different stages of sleep. Currently I am working at the Institute de Neuroscience de La Timone in Marseille. I am working with KINARM (human robot) and I am interested in cognitive and computational neuroscience.

Why I joined PACE…

At the beginning, I had no idea about the PACE network. But later when I got familiar with it, I found it very an interesting network. Actually I like the friendly atmosphere of it and the regular meetings and very useful training programs.

My project…

When it times to learn a new motor task, errors are unavoidable. But step by step we decrease the number of errors and try to adapt and learn the new situation. How is it possible to learn a motor task by these errors ? My project is related to study about different types of movement-errors and their relationship with learning and adaptation by using EEG and KINARM (robotic device).

I am planning to go to Spain at the Institut de Neurociències at the Universitat de Barcelona.
